It is my mission to empower you to find the answer to that question by honoring bio individuality and respecting that we are all unique, and there is not one right way to feed yourself well! By cultivating a loving relationship between your body and the food you put into it, you can develop an empowering tool that can carry you through all of the ups and downs that life can throw at you. We are fueled by the food that we eat, so let's make sure we're using the right stuff!

The Fierce and Fed Way
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who is passionate about connecting people with their bodies. I think one of the most fundamental ways we can connect to our bodies, and learn to love ourselves, is to begin by feeding ourselves well. And that shouldn't be boring or unsatisfying! I believe that the pleasure we get in eating is a beautiful celebration of life, and we should honor that and experience it to the fullest! Life is too short to be hungry and unsatisfied. My journey with food has evolved through pregnancies, motherhood, love, loss, sickness and celebrations. I believe that when you feed your body what it needs to thrive, it will serve you beautifully.
